Your personalized message can be engraved with up to 16 characters per line, including blank spaces. A character is any letter, number, symbol or punctuation mark found on a standard English keyboard. All text will automatically be center justified and engraved in UPPERCASE letters. Messages containing advertisements, websites, phone numbers, social media handles, emojis and/or manifestos are not permitted. Discriminatory, political, offensive or unsuitable messages as determined by UTEP Athletics will be declined. UTEP Athletics reserves the right to decline inscriptions for any reason. Should your inscription require revision, your order will be placed on hold, and you will be contacted for assistance in submitting an alternative inscription.

All text will be centered and engraved in UPPERCASE, except if requested for proper name formatting (i.e., McKENZIE, DeBOUR, etc.).

4” x 8” bricks can be engraved with one to three (1-3) lines of text with up to sixteen (16) characters per line.

 8” x 8” bricks with a logo can be engraved with one to three (1-4) lines of text with up to sixteen (16) characters per line.

 Changes may be made to your order within 1 business day of receipt of your order confirmation, after which your order may be scheduled for production and changes may not be possible.

Brick orders will be accepted through May 2027, with installation scheduled for Summer 2027.

Once installed, you will receive a notification with further instruction on how to find your brick We will also have an online brick locator site that can help you find your installed brick. 

Bricks are tentatively scheduled to be installed in 2027. 

Bricks will be installed in the area surrounding the Don Haskins Statue outside the East Entrance of the Don Haskins Center.

Proudly showcase your pride with a keepsake! 4" x 8" and 8" x 8" Bricks have the option to purchase additional keepsake bricks at checkout, a duplicate of your brick engraved with your personalized message. If you have already ordered and would like to purchase additional keepsake bricks, please reach out. 

Display cases are protective display cases to allow you to proudly display your replica brick. If you have already ordered and would like to add a display case, please reach out. 

Yes, with the exception of P.O. boxes or APO’s.
